On August 9th, the liquid ammonia conversion project of Yufu Phosphate Fertilizer Plant was completed and the test run was successful. This project is one of the major energy-saving transformations in Fufu in 2010. Through the transformation of the ammonia evaporator system of the diammonium phosphate plant, the waste heat of the condensate of the phosphoric acid plant enrichment system is fully recovered, and waste heat is used to replace the low-pressure steam produced by the ammonia evaporator. Further reduce the energy consumption of diammonium phosphate products. After the successful transformation of the project, it is expected that the diammonium phosphate plant will save 10 tons of steam per hour. Calculated according to 300 days of normal operation in a year, the annual energy saving will be 15120 tons of standard coal.
