China's first single-cylinder power super-500 kW medium-speed engine, NY9320, independently developed by CSR Yuchai Sichuan Engine Co., Ltd., has completely independent intellectual property rights. This project fills the gap in China's medium-speed high-power diesel engine with a single-cylinder power exceeding 500 kW, marking the latest achievements in China's major technology high-end equipment manufacturing industrialization strategy.
On the day of trial production, CSR Yuchai Sichuan Engine Co., Ltd. and Fujian Minghui Electromechanical Co., Ltd. signed the first batch of orders for the NY9320 high-power engine with a total contract value of over 100 million yuan. The first eight NY9320 engines will be delivered in 2012 and will be exported to Africa for land-based power generation.
According to reports, in September 2011, China's first NY9320 high-power engine with a total weight of more than 50 tons was assembled. On October 26 of the same year, the machine was successfully launched, and the performance test was successfully completed. All technical indicators met the design requirements. This type of engine adopts EFI technology, with single-cylinder power of more than 500 kW. It has the characteristics of high power, high strength, low noise, low emission, low maintenance and long life. Many indicators have reached the international advanced level. There is a wide range of needs in the field of auxiliary power and land power generation.
