After years of development, China's bearing industry has formed a considerable scale, the national bearing industry in 2010 production value of about 130 billion yuan, ranking third in the world. According to statistics, in the first half of 2012, the output of rolling bearings nationwide reached 8.375 billion sets, an increase of 7.21% over the same period of last year. In June, China produced 1.738 billion rolling bearings, an increase of 9.35% year-on-year.
Judging from the output of all provinces and cities, in the first half of 2012, the output of rolling bearings in Jiangsu Province reached 2.896 billion sets, an increase of 6.96% year-on-year, accounting for 35.65% of the country's total output. Followed by Zhejiang Province, Shandong Province and Shanghai City, accounting for 29.42%, 11.16% and 7.75% of the total production.
