According to reports, TataToyoRadiator (TTR) and Air Conditioning International Thermal Energy Systems (AITS) announced that they have formed a joint venture company to produce and sell HVAC systems in the Indian market.
TTR Corporation announced in a statement to AITS that the new company is headquartered in Pune, India and will supply HVAC systems for the automotive market in 2014. The types of vehicles supplied include passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. And cards, buses.
TataAutoCompSystems general manager and CEOOAjayTandon said: "By working with AITS and its expertise in thermal system integration, we will be able to expand our product range to bring the latest passenger cabin comfort technology to the Indian automotive industry."
