The trajectory of the tool during software positioning is generated in real time based on the actual state information of the workpiece, rather than being determined in advance as in the conventional positioning processing mode. That is to say, software locating processing is performed based on a manufacturing operation mode such as locating processing.
The search here is to actively find the position of the workpiece and determine its posture. This operation includes two aspects, one is to quickly obtain the surface information of the workpiece by using the sensor, and the second is to accurately solve the actual state of the workpiece according to the acquired surface information of the workpiece. The processing here is not a digital program control (NC) process in the ordinary sense, but a pose adaptive processing realized by real-time generation of tool motion trajectory based on workpiece locating information without a predetermined program.
It should be pointed out that although the workpiece can be fixed in the locating process, in order to facilitate the positioning and processing, it must be implemented according to the locating process specification (different from the positioning process). The workpiece is fixed.
From the characteristics of software locating processing, it can be seen that in the manufacturing system using software locating processing technology, since the hardware device such as the precision fixture does not passively and rigidly constrain the state of the workpiece on the machine tool, the workpiece is allowed to be suitable.
