WFB-type seal-free self-priming pump troubleshooting methods

malfunction cause of issue Remedy Motor does not turn   1, the motor is damaged   2, the power barrier;   1, repair or replace the motor ;   2, check the power. No water pump   1, lack of drainage;   2, suction side of a flange, valves or pipe leaks somewhere;   3, drain or vent mouth fight cap is not tight, or no cap washer;   4, no liquid in the pump chamber or pool. Check one by one, against exclusion. Flow, lift is not up to standard   1, the voltage is too low, rated speed less than;   2, the motor reversal;   3, the bottom of the filter plug, suction flow inadequate;   4, suction side of a flange, valve or somewhere in the pipeline chronic leakage, affecting the pump vacuum;   5, too little liquid container or liquid pool, sometimes sucked into the air. Check one by one, against exclusion. Leakage of motor and pump connection   1, start instantly leakage, the phenomenon disappeared after normal operation;   2, the operation has been leakage. (The seal may have been damaged, or the actual head, pressure and pump parameters are too different.)   1, perfusion fluid overfilling, not a failure;   2, check the seal is damaged, recalculate whether the working pressure exceeds the pump parameters, such as the sealing device to damage, please consider repair or replacement. If the pressure parameters are too different, please consider re-select or adjust the actual working pressure. Electric air control valve section: malfunction cause of issue Remedy Piston is not sealed or lax seal, the pump does not absorb liquid   1, the guide shaft oil stuck, sealed piston is not in place;   2, poor contact with the motor cable terminals or fuse damage, the power barrier, the piston seal does not move.   1, in the guide shaft plus sewing machine lubricants. The pump can not stop automatically   1, a sensor has been damaged, the product malfunction;   2, particles in the liquid jam sensor float, forcing it to malfunction.   1, replace the damaged sensor   2, flush the sensor float to make it flexible. Automatic and manual can not be converted   A button is broken . Replace the damaged button.
