In January, Yuchai's YC4S light engine and heavy engine YC6C increased by more than 150% year-on-year, and Yuchai's heavy-duty engine combined YCK12 engine benefited from the expansion of supporting manufacturers, and output increased by more than 10% year-on-year. In addition, production orders from Yuchai Heavy Industry, a subsidiary of Yuchai Group, have soared and business operations have grown steadily.
Yuchai Engine
In January, production orders rushed to Yuchai. Faced with huge production pressures, Yuchai placed its science in production and set up a rapid reaction team to timely resolve problems in production. Yuchai’s four-phase engine plant output increased by 7% year-on-year.
On February 15, 2016, the first day after the Spring Festival holiday was completed, Yuchai United Power ushered in bulk orders from Dongfeng Liuqi. On the same day, Yuchai United Power's first batch of 20 YC6K gold power assemblies for Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Co., Ltd. were commissioned and ready to go. It is understood that the assembly of Yuchai YC6K gold power Dongfeng Liuqi Chenglong H7 tractor has received more than 100 orders once the market, Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Co., Ltd. immediately to Yuchai United Power issued a batch of engine orders.
In addition to Yuchai United Power, Yuchai's other subsidiaries also ushered in a production boom. As of February 15, Yuchai Distribution Company has received a large number of orders for blocks, crankshafts and oil pans in February. In the face of an upsurge of orders, some employees of Yuchai’s division started work on the fourth day of the year and actively prepared for production.
At the same time, Yuchai Heavy Industry also received orders for excavator parts from Italian customers. At present, the total amount of orders for excavator accessories issued by the company has been scheduled to end at the end of April this year.
