Elevator wireless monitoring transmission scheme

In recent years, with the continuous growth of China's national economy, the people’s material and cultural life is also getting higher and higher, and the quality requirements for life are constantly increasing. With the improvement of people's living quality requirements, more and more high-end living quarters have gradually entered the lives of ordinary people. The high-rise residential buildings in general high-grade residential areas are all equipped with elevators, and elevator safety is also a facility that must be configured in an upscale residential area. As the traditional elevator monitoring adopts a closed-circuit television system, the usage of domestic elevator users will increase with time. Users generally reflect the elevator video transmission line in the process of use: up and down hundreds of times a day, up and down, generally more than six months after the time, the line began to peel, and even some broken and can not be used. The replacement of this set of lines is a very complicated and time-consuming task. Therefore, when designing the elevator monitoring scheme, it is necessary to fully consider this point. Wireless transmission equipment is used to complete this project, solving the problems of complicated wiring and fatigue-prone aging of lines.

In response to this situation, our company has launched a digital wireless transmission elevator equipment: SF-5015DT. This equipment is a high-performance, multi-purpose 5GHz wireless bridge product. The product integrates 802.11n wireless with a maximum output power of up to 28dBm and is safely placed in a smartly designed housing. Powerful hardware with a 15dBi directional antenna is ideal for short-to-medium distance scenarios, ideal for elevators in this special environment.

The product has IPoll (Intelligent Dynamic Polling Protocol) anti-interference ability, even in areas with severe interference, it can still guarantee 64-bit users to access the base station equipment. The device is equipped with dual firmware images. During a remote software upgrade, even if the power supply is interrupted and the upgrade fails, the device can still be restarted normally. The rugged shell made of polycarbonate plastic contains an ultraviolet inhibitor, which ensures that the shell will not be damaged by long-term exposure to outdoor sunlight. SF-5015DT's product design and testing meet IP-65 protection level, vibration, temperature and humidity, salt spray and surge impact are in line with industry standards, with superior reliability to ensure the high-end level in the same industry. The device is equipped with a ground lug and POE power ground protection.
