The original and treatment method of low outlet pressure of slurry circulation pump:
1. The inlet filter of the circulation pump is clogged with foreign objects, which causes the inlet pressure to drop at a low flow rate. The circulation pump is cut to flush the inlet.
2. Slurry precipitation at the inlet of the circulation pump leads to a low inlet flow rate. Check the operation of the absorption tower mixer and adjust the slurry density ph, and cut the circulation pump to flush the inlet.
3. The liquid level of the absorption tower is low, and the liquid level is increased.
4. The density of the absorption tower decreases, resulting in a decrease in pressure, which is normal.
5. Enter the oxidizing air at the inlet of the circulation pump, stop the nearby oxidizing branch pipe, observe the effect, and stop and transform after confirmation.
6. The leakage of the inlet of the circulation pump causes the inlet pressure to decrease, which corresponds to the leakage repair.
7. If the inlet valve of the circulation pump is not opened properly, the inlet flow rate becomes small, and adjust the stroke of the inlet door.
