Experts from the Meteorological Observation Center of China Meteorological Administration, China Environmental Monitoring Station, Anhui Meteorological Bureau, Huainan Meteorological Bureau and other units participated in the project acceptance meeting.

The meeting heard the report on the implementation of Hefei Guangbo Quantum on the project. The expert group reviewed the relevant documents and inspected the operation of the equipment in detail at the Huainan Meteorological Bureau. After discussion by the expert group, the project has been completed in accordance with the contract requirements, and passed the equipment test, in line with the acceptance requirements, the expert group unanimously agreed that the project passed the acceptance.

The new atmospheric water vapor-aerosol laser radar can realize on-line measurement of water vapor and aerosol profiles, and improve the identification technology and catalytic operation conditions of different precipitation clouds. The real-time tracking observation of the phase changes of water and matter in the cloud layer and the cloud aims to further collect the type and evolution information of the water substance in the cloud layer. In the artificial weather-affecting operation in Anhui Province, atmospheric water vapor-aerosol laser radar (Raman-M) is an innovative application and an important breakthrough in the field of meteorological observation.
Atmospheric water vapor-aerosol laser radar (Raman-M) enables real-time measurement and display of information on atmospheric aerosols, water vapor mixing ratio, cloud information, atmospheric boundary layer, visibility, optical thickness, and temporal and spatial distribution of pollutants. On the basis of the traditional rice scattering aerosol laser radar, the nitrogen Raman detection channel and the water vapor Raman detection channel are added to improve the inversion precision of the aerosol extinction coefficient, and the synergistic observation of the vertical distribution of water vapor mixing ratio is realized.
At present, Hefei Guangbo Quantum GBQ L-03 atmospheric water vapor-aerosol laser radar (Raman-M) is a product that has participated in the comprehensive observation of atmospheric pollution in large cities organized by the Meteorological Observation Center of China Meteorological Administration. The Meteorological Exploration Center provides laser radar observation reports in Beijing, including data such as changes in the height of the plutonium and changes in horizontal visibility at different altitudes, and participates in the early warning and forecasting of the atmospheric meteorology of the Central Meteorological Observatory.
