Huadian Tengzhou Xinyuan Company's flue gas desulfurization technical transformation project passed the acceptance

On January 9, Huadian Tengzhou Xinyuan Company Phase I desulfurization technical transformation project successfully passed the acceptance inspection of the project and entered the performance appraisal period.
The project uses a limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process and is equipped with an online continuous monitoring system for flue gas. During the construction of the project, the company conscientiously implemented the “five-system” management with the project legal person responsibility system as the core, and thoroughly summarized and learned the lessons learned from the desulfurization project under construction, overcoming the short equipment delivery cycle, the narrow construction site and tight construction period. Strictly control the safety, quality and progress of the project. On December 9, 2006, it successfully passed the 168-hour full-load trial operation. The company boldly innovates and innovates the working methods and methods, and creatively adopts the plum blossom welding lining process to solve the difficult problem of anti-corrosion treatment of the inlet flue of the absorption tower, and creates a new anti-corrosion construction process; in the design project, the participating units jointly Explore and boldly use domestically produced equipment to replace imported equipment, optimize design concepts, and accumulate valuable experience for further localization of desulfurization equipment.
By the end of 2006, all the units of the company had achieved desulfurization, and the desulfurization efficiency was over 96%, which was higher than the design value of 95%. Only one phase can reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by 18,000 tons per year, which promotes the improvement of atmospheric environmental quality.

1. Introduction of Waste Oil Distillation Plant

Vacuum Pressure Distillation,is the new technology which can refine the tire oil , plastic oil , waste engine oil, sludge, motor oil and so on into base oil(which can be made into diesel and gasoline after processed by our catalyst). The oil quality is better than the original normal pressure distillation technology, which show on purity ,transparence, lightness .this technology will do deodorization and destinke process to the raw material oil automatically by "dry type" vacuum pressure distillation method. With the vacuum distillation technology, the distillation temperature is considerably reduced, and the oil output will higher 5%-10% compared with original normal pressure distillation technology. It makes more profits to the enterprise virtually.
