Qingyang Oilfield Huatugou Combined Station realizes zero discharge of sewage

After more than one month of intense construction, the renovation project of the sewage recycling system at the Huatugou Combined Station in Qinghai Oilfield was completed and put into operation recently. After being tested by professional departments, all indicators fully meet the design requirements and zero discharge of sewage is achieved.
Huatugou Joint Station is responsible for the crude oil processing tasks of Huatugou, Shizigou, and Qiquanquan oilfields in the Qinghai Oil Field, with an annual crude oil processing capacity of 500,000 tons. The station has advanced technology, concise process, excellent equipment, high degree of automation of oil, gas, water treatment devices.
Since the station was put into operation, due to a variety of factors, sewage and oil sands have long been discharged in open-pit oil pits, which not only causes waste of resources but also pollutes the environment. In order to achieve cleaner production, after repeated argumentation, Qinghai Oilfield has newly built three 40-cubic-meter sewage recovery tanks at the Huatugou joint station to realize the protective storage of oil and sand, and the waste water can be directly recycled after the sedimentation treatment, realizing " Zero pollution, zero emissions" goal.
