Fan Rende pointed out that at present, the development of the waste rubber utilization industry is valued by governments at all levels and the vast majority of enterprises, and it is even more important to insist on scientific development. In the past, some companies have made detours, and some companies have not chosen the right route and have not achieved the desired results. He believes that at present, China has already embarked on a relatively mature road for the use of waste rubber. In particular, the production route for reclaimed rubber is in the leading position in the world, and it should give full play to this advantage. In addition, some companies have blinded their analysis of the market. As in the past, it was advertised that the market for rubber powder was very large. In fact, the demand for rubber powder was gradually widened. In recent years, this figure has been hovering over 200,000 tons.
Fan Rende believes that according to the status quo of China's waste rubber utilization, its development approach should continue to adopt the pattern of comprehensive utilization of waste rubber with Chinese characteristics, that is, mainly reclaimed rubber, moderately develop rubber powder, and accelerate the development of retreaded tires for large tire companies. From the statistical data point of view, it also proved that this road is correct. Reclaimed rubber has been the main body of the use of waste rubber in China, accounting for 71.3% of the total use of waste rubber in China. This aspect solves the problem of recycling of used rubber, and on the other hand alleviates the shortage of domestic rubber resources. In the next 5 to 10 years, reclaimed rubber will still play an important role in the waste rubber use industry. China is the world’s largest producer of tires and has more grades of tires. It will maintain a relatively large demand for reclaimed rubber for a long period of time.
Fan Rende pointed out that from the long-term development point of view, rubber powder is a very promising product, especially in the construction, highway materials and other aspects of the market potential. At present, the rubber powder occupies a large proportion in the use of waste rubber in foreign countries, but the promotion in China needs a development process, it needs to be gradual and progressive, and by improving the quality and application of the rubber powder and further receiving the support of the national policy, the powder can be made Development reaches an ideal state.
It is understood that retiring tires is the best way to use old tires. After many years of hard work in China's tire manufacturing industry, product quality has reached the level of foreign countries, but China still has problems in the use of tires, mainly due to overload and lack of attention to tire wear leads to the shortage of qualified old tires for renovation, tire renovation rate is low . The development of retreading is inseparable from the development of the entire tire industry and the improvement of tire quality. At the same time, the technology and equipment level of the retreading industry must also be improved.
