2CY series gear oil pumps mainly consist of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing bushes, and shaft end seals. The gears and shafts are strictly heat-treated, with high hardness and wear resistance, and are mounted in the shaft sleeves together with the shaft. All moving parts in the pump are lubricated with the media they convey.
The four bearing sleeves in the gear oil pump are floatingly installed in the pump body, and the end surface interval is automatically adjusted according to the working pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the volumetric efficiency is high.
