Myanmar Fertilizer Project will be equipped with "Made in China"
Recently learned from the Shenyang Blower Group that the fourth chemical fertilizer plant of the Myanmar Petrochemical Company will use compressors developed by the Shenyang Blower Group. It is understood that the Fourth Chemical Fertilizer Plant of Myanmar Petrochemical Company is an important project that promotes the development of relations between China and Myanmar and is also a project that both governments attach great importance to. The project includes two sets of 100,000 tons/year synthetic ammonia and 150,000 tons/year urea production equipment and supporting facilities, with a total investment of approximately US$195 million.
Prior to the formal signing of the contract, the Burmese owners had repeatedly inspected and conducted technical exchanges and demonstrations with manufacturing companies. The drumming of the large-scale petrochemical compressor R&D level and manufacturing capacity left a deep impression on the Myanmar side, and the two sides quickly reached a consensus. The success of this cooperation not only made domestic petrochemical compressors into the Myanmar market for the first time, but also achieved a “zero†breakthrough in the export of domestic compressor components.
The compressors provided for the Myanmar fertilizer project include 2 sets of 2MCL456+2MCL408 centrifugal air compressors, 4 sets of 2D20 natural gas reciprocating compressors, 6 sets of 4M50 synthetic gas reciprocating compressors, 2 sets of ENK25/28 steam turbines, and 2 sets of YAKK710-16P. 4 sets of motors; 6 sets of TAW2300KW-20W/2600 motors. Two sets of centrifugal compressors and 10 sets of reciprocating compressors were all handed over to the sink drums for design and manufacture. The other units were completed by the Shengu Drum. It is reported that the centrifuge will be delivered on January 7, 2009, and the reciprocator will be delivered on October 7, 2008.
