It is reported that the subject matter of the case is 285,444 yuan, and the case number is (2021) Min 0583 Zhi 2488. The cause of the case is a dispute over the sale and purchase contract between Nan'an Ruicheng Handbag Products Co., Ltd. and Nomi Design (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.
Sky Eye Check shows that Nomi Design (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, and the legal representative is Zhou Hongxia. Business operations include industrial design services; fashion design services; cartoon and derivative product design services; commodity wholesale trade; commodity retail trade; cosmetics and hygiene products wholesale; small accessories, small gifts retail, etc.
Equity penetration shows that Nuomi Design (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. is wholly-owned by Mini Investment Holdings (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., which is an affiliated company of MINISO, with Ye Guofu, the founder of MINISO, as the legal representative. Also suspected to be the actual controller, holding 70% of the shares.
On March 20, 2020, Nomi Design (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. undergoes an industrial and commercial change, and its shareholder is changed from MINISO (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. to Mini Investment Holdings (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.
