Explosion-proof cameras are explosion-proof monitoring products, which are the cross-product of the explosion-proof industry and the monitoring industry, because conventional camera products cannot be used in high-risk flammable and explosion-proof sites, and explosion-proof cameras with explosion-proof functions are required. 1. The inlet of the explosion-proof camera is sealed with a rubber seal. It is forbidden to use other methods such as filling with sealing glue, asbestos rope; it is prohibited to fill any substance in the cavity. Loss of explosion-proof performance; oil stains on rubber seals should be scrubbed clean to prevent deterioration.
2. It is strictly forbidden to modify the structure, parts and internal circuits of the explosion-proof camera casually. The fastening bolts must not be replaced or missing arbitrarily. The excess elastic gaskets and metal gaskets of the inlet and outlet openings must remain sealed at the factory, and the compression nuts should be tightened to seal the inlet openings.
3. Wiring the dark line. If there is no way to go the bright line, then the physical protection of the line part must be ensured.
4. During installation, care should be taken to avoid strong impact on the explosion-proof infrared camera. Before installation, confirm whether the power supply voltage is the specified voltage to avoid burnout. Do not point the lens at strong light, such as sunlight, lighting, etc., otherwise it is prone to overbrightness It will also have a certain impact on the service life of ccd. The installation location of explosion-proof infrared cameras should also avoid humidity, dusty, extremely hot, extremely cold, strong electromagnetic radiation and other places.
5. During daily operation and maintenance inspection, try to avoid opening the explosion-proof camera housing, and cut off the power before opening. If the flameproof enclosure is opened, the flameproof surface should be properly protected from damage. The flameproof surface should be placed upwards during maintenance and should not directly touch the ground. After cleaning, the surface should be coated with phosphating paste or 204 anti-rust oil.
6. Explosion-proof infrared camera is based on the infrared lamp supporting CCD to emit infrared light and reflect on the object to the CCD camera lens for imaging. Therefore, when installing explosion-proof infrared cameras, we should avoid all black objects, open spaces, water and other objects that absorb infrared light in the field of view. If the infrared is absorbed or weakened, the effective irradiation effect of the infrared lamp will be greatly reduced. This affects the monitoring screen effect of the explosion-proof infrared camera. Today, explosion-proof surveillance cameras have become irreplaceable security equipment in special industrial production environments, such as in chemical plants, gas stations, ports, docks, coal mines, offshore drilling platforms and so on.
