Sanming's silicon chemical product production capacity accounted for more than 65% of the province's silicon chemical product production capacity, accounting for about 22% of the country's production capacity, Shaxian is Sanming silicon industry concentration. The preparation of “Planning†will lead the development direction of Sanming Silicon Industry, scientifically plan the industrial layout, realize industrial transformation, and enhance the industrial development potential.
"Planning" is compiled by Sanming College. On the basis of field surveys, discussions, data collection, and comprehensive analysis, the project team formed and drafted the first draft of the "Planning," which was revised and refined by the relevant departments and experts and finalized. "Planning" combines the development status, advantages, and problems of the silicon industry in Sanming (Shaxian), and proposes to build three major industrial sectors in Shaxian County: inorganic silicon, recycling economy, and organic silicon, and adopt a step-by-step strategy to develop the silicon industry: In 2013, the silicon industry took shape and five companies were introduced. The output value exceeded 3.5 billion yuan; in 2015, the output value exceeded 5 billion yuan, and 6 companies were introduced to cultivate a listed company.
After reviewing the “planning†text, hearing the project team’s introduction and on-site questioning, the expert group believed that the “planning†can be organized according to relevant requirements. It conforms to the policies for industrial development of the country, Fujian Province, Sanming City and Shaxian County. The thinking is clear, the focus is outstanding, and arguments are made. Sufficient and properly analyzed, it is in line with the silicon industry resources and industrial realities in Sha County and has unanimously agreed to pass the review, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the integration of resources, environmental restoration, and industrial chain extension in the "Planning."
