The signing is the key symbol of CAP1000 shielded motor main pump localization, and it is also an important measure to implement the national nuclear power development strategy. They have a significant impact on the large-scale advanced PWR nuclear power technology developed independently by China. At present, the main pump project undertaken by Shenyang-Shenyang Group has overcome many cutting-edge technical problems such as hydraulic design, safety analysis, stress calculation, rotor dynamic analysis, bearings, materials and technology, and has completed the solution to the technical key, spare parts manufacturing and testing center Construction and other work. The nuclear power main pump hydraulic components provided to foreign manufacturers have all been completed and passed the ASME certification. The additional 2 main pumps have already entered the assembly phase. Through the development of the first batch of national-made nuclear power main pumps in the country, Shenkui Group has continuously improved its capabilities in R & D, design, equipment manufacturing, system construction and operation and management and has trained a large number of professional and technical personnel.
