The average thickness of the vein is 2.99m, the average grade is 3.90g/t, the inclination angle of the vein is 61°-80°, and the average is 72°. It is a steeply inclined thin ore body. The ore body and the surrounding rock are clearly demarcated, and the surrounding rock and ore body of the ore body are not stable, and it is a broken and difficult to mine thin ore body [2-3]. As the mining continues to develop deeper, the problems of increased ground pressure, geological and surrounding rock conditions are becoming more prominent, and higher requirements are placed on the safety and environmental protection of the stope. The original wooden support method has been difficult to meet. The need for safe production, seeking and exploring a low-cost, effective support method is imminent [4-6].
1 Stope support status and existing problems
At present, the mining area adopts the approach-oriented horizontal stratified dry filling mining method to recover the crushed thin ore body. In the process of mining, the wooden support is used to temporarily manage the mining roadway. Since the ore body and surrounding rock are broken, dense wood support is applied to the access goaf. The distance between the wooden supports is 0.5~ 1.0m. The original wooden bracket support method has the following problems: large wood consumption, difficult wood handling, labor intensity of support work, frequent breakage of wooden pillars, poor support effect, high support cost, and high pollution to underground working environment.
In order to safely, economically, efficiently and environmentally exploit the 202# pulse crushing thin ore body, the company introduced a new portable metal support frame assembly developed by Hunan Times Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which has achieved good support effect on site.

The portable metal new metal frame assembly consists primarily of a strut assembly and a beam assembly. The center distance between the two columns of the metal support frame is 1.8m. The height of the support of the pillar can be adjusted by the double-headed T-shaped ridge-adjusting screw rod in the middle of the pillar. The minimum support height of the support frame is 1.95m, and the maximum support height. 2.35m. The maximum support load of a single support frame is 8t, and multiple sets of support frames can be used in combination. The linear support mode of the single support frame is a three-dimensional support mode, thereby increasing the overall load carrying capacity of the support frame.
2.1 pillar components
The strut assembly is composed of an upper strut, a lower strut and an adjustment screw 3 portion. The sum of the minimum lengths of the upper and lower strut components is 1.7m, and the middle part is a double-headed left-handed T-shaped crepe adjusting screw with an adjustment length of 400mm and a total weight of 31.95kg. The technical parameters of the relevant components of the strut components are shown in Table 1, and the structure of the strut components is shown in Figure 1.



2.2 beam assembly
The beam assembly has a basic length of 1.95m and a M30×2 screw at both ends. The adjustable distance is 150mm and one piece at each end. The maximum length of the beam assembly is 2.25m and the total weight is 59.47kg. The technical parameters of the beam component related components are shown in Table 2, and the beam component structure is shown in Figure 2.



3 new metal support frame support scheme for mine
3.1 support technical parameters
The support frames are continuously arranged along the access road area. Support technical parameters include support frame row spacing, support frame support height and support frame support width.

3.2 Support frame erection and recycling technical measures
3.2.1 Support frame erection technology
(1) Check the components and quality. Before supporting, check whether the supporting components are equipped, whether the specifications of the I-beam meet the requirements, and only operate under the premise of complying with the regulations.
(2) Flat field and bottom. Before the support, the pebble cleaning and the bottom plate of the required support position must be carried out. According to the site conditions, the pillars can be bottomed by the wood foot or the block stone.
(3) Erect the bracket and the top to compact. Pillars are erected on the foundation of the bottom, and the beams are erected, the height and width are adjusted, and the pillars and beams are fastened, so that the brackets are tensioned in the lateral direction and the lateral direction, and the pines or the gaps are embedded in the gaps between the brackets and the top and the wall. wood.
3.2.2 Technical support for support frame recovery
(1) Check the deformation of the bracket assembly. First check the deformation of the bracket assembly. For brackets that have been severely deformed and have no possibility of reuse, it is recommended not to recycle before blasting. For the bracket assembly to be repaired without deformation or minor deformation, enter the recycling program.
(2) Temporary support measures. Temporary support measures must be taken before recycling the bracket assembly. In the upper part of the original bracket, the horizontal pine wood or the mixed wood ends are supported by a pine, and pines are used under the pine to ensure that the roof does not fall.
(3) Recycling bracket assembly. First, loosen the two-start screw and the adjusting screws at both ends of the beam to separate the bracket from the top wall, remove the beam, and finally recover the column.
4 Comparison of new support frame support method and wooden bracket support method
(1) The wooden bracket support is passive support, the initial support force is small, when the roof is pressed, the support is broken and the support effect is not good; the new metal support support scheme belongs to the active support, the initial support When the top plate is pressed, the bracket generally does not suffer from compression deformation, the support effect is good, and the working environment is safe and reliable.
(2) The wood bracket support scheme has large wood consumption and high support cost; using the new metal support frame support scheme, the support frame assembly is put into use once, recycled, and if necessary, appropriate amount can be added, and the support cost is low. .
(3) The wooden bracket support scheme is complicated to operate; the new metal support frame support scheme is simple and convenient to operate.
(4) The wooden pillar has small pressure bearing capacity and low recoverability; the new metal support frame has large pressure bearing capacity and can be recycled for many times.
(5) The wooden pillars cannot be stretched, and the new metal support frame can be appropriately adjusted for telescopic adjustment to accommodate a wider range of heights.
(6) The wooden bracket can not be fireproof, is easy to decay, has low safety, and is highly polluted to the underground working environment; the new metal support frame is fireproof, has no pollution to the working environment, and has good safety performance.
