3 When assembling the skirt, the joints should be tight and flat, the skirt and the angle steel surface should be straight, and there should be no unevenness and bending. When loading the skirt, use a rubber hammer to knock the skirt back.
4 adjust the gap between the skirt and the steps:
(1) The installation and commissioning standards for the left and right dimensions of the side of the step (stop state) and the surface of the apron are as follows:
The unilateral gap is 1 to 4 mm, and the sum of the gaps on both sides is not more than 7 mm.
(2) Within the size range specified by the standard, fine-tune the apron installation size so that when the step is lifted, the gap between the step and the skirt should not exceed the standard part, and the step and the skirt are not guaranteed. Causes contact and friction.
(3) The adjustment can be made by moving the apron angle steel during commissioning.
(3) Installing the inner and outer covers
1Stainless steel cover is the decorative part of the escalator. It should be especially careful when installing. The joints should be tight and flat, and there should be no bumps and bends.
2 First install the inner cover to the strip, and find the position, drill the tapping hole on the skirt to fix the inner and outer covers on the skirt and seal.
3 After installing the handrail at the corner, first install the inner and outer covers of the corner cover and the curved part, and then install the middle cover to ensure that the horizontal angle of the inner cover is not less than 25°.
Five, quality standards
(1) Main control project:
1 The horizontal clearance between the apron board and any side of the step should not be greater than 4mm, and the sum of the gaps on both sides should not be greater than 7mm.
2 The bosses at the joints of the inner cover, outer cover and apron plate should not exceed 0.5mm.
Inspection method: ruler inspection.
(2) General items:
1Apron board and cover should be installed firmly and evenly, the joints should be tight, there should be no bumps and bends, and they should be butt joints.
2 The most unfavorable part of the apron plate is perpendicularly applied with a force of 1500 N on an area of ​​2500 mm 2 , and the depression should not be greater than 4 mm, and should not cause permanent deformation.

1 When the building has other specialties at the same time, the personnel should wear a safety helmet.
2 When assembling the outer cover, a seat belt must be used to prevent falling.
3 The skirt and cover plate should be handled gently during transportation, and it should not be smashed. It is strictly forbidden to hit with a hammer.
4 After installation, do not remove the protective film before use for official use to prevent scratches.
Seven, should pay attention to the problem
1 Before assembling the skirt and cover, keep the lower part of the handrail system and the inside of the escalator clean and hygienic.
2 When assembling the skirt and cover, when the gap between the skirt, the cover and other parts is not suitable, it is strictly forbidden to hit with a hammer. The rubber hammer should be used. If the tapping still cannot meet the requirements, other methods such as adding gaskets should be adopted. Adjustment.
