II.Admixture pump operation is not on the admixture Failure phenomena:Admixture pump operation is not on the admixture Causal analysis:1.There are bubbles in the additive pump.2.Insufficient material in the admixture box. 3.Additive pump impeller damage Treatment process: 1.Open the additive vent screw,bubbles drains from the additive. 2.Adding additives to the additive box. 3.Check Additive blade impeller,replace the parts as the case. III.Aggregate material unloading valve Failure phenomena:The stone is stuck ,can`t open the unloading pneumatic door of the batching machine. Causal analysis:Batching machine used for a period of time,discharge port wear,when the gap is worn to 20~30mm,at this time the larger stones into the gap,in the process of opening the door,pneumatic door can`t be opened. Treatment process:Check the air gap and adjust to the proper value,if the wear is too large can not be adjusted to the appropriate value,add welded steel plate or steel in the discharge port, make the gap to a reasonable value. â…£.Conveying powder to the tank, the tank roof caving Failure phenomena:In the process of pumping the cement truck into the powder tank,the top of the cement tank is out of powder. Causal analysis:Powder feeding to powder tank through the compressed air,compressed air to the powder after the powder tank,the filter dusting machine is discharged into the air through the tank roof,such as dust filter clogging,compressed air can`t be discharged in time to produce "hold back pressure",when safety valve opening pressure and the pressure reaches the top of the tank,open the safety valve,compressed air and powder are discharged into the atmosphere through a safety valve,generating ash phenomenon,failure of material level meter, also appear tank roof ash phenomenon. Treatment process: 1.Check the filter core of the tank top and clean it up. 2.Once the risk of ash phenomenon, must clean up the powder around the safety valve,avoid wet powder caking blocking safety valve. 3.If the powder is too full to fly ash,it is necessary to check the reliability of the material level meter and the full alarm device. â…¤.Belt conveyor is not uniform Failure phenomena:The material is piled up on the belt,led to belt loose material,or aggregate has a vacancy on the belt,pebble scattered material. Causal analysis:The sequence and time interval can be adjusted at any time when the material is discharged to the belt.the last step unloading for sand aggregate,The front end of the aggregate falls on the belt and the latter aggregate falls on the head of the belt when discharging.If the time interval is too short,the former kind of aggregate and the latter kind of aggregate have overlapping aggregate,heap too much will cause loose material.If the time interval is too large,There are vacancies in the middle of the two aggregate.The former material if it is a pebble,it will roll on the belt and fall down. Treatment process: 1.The order of unloading of aggregate is adjusted,ensure the sand unloading for the final. 2.According to the distribution of the aggregate on the belt, adjust the discharge time interval of various aggregates.Ensuring continuous and uniform distribution of the material on the belt.Time interval in general need to be adjusted several times.
