at different levels on the basis of original alloy products, which is sprayed on the screw surface by using the most advanced high
temperature, high pressure and high speed plasma spray technology and casted on the inner wall of charging barrel by the high
temperature furnace and centrifugal casting technology to produce high-density, super wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy
charging barrels to extend their service life and meet the customers' requirements for reducing usage cost.
Alloy grade: Grade A-tungsten carbide content: 40%~50%
Grade B-tungsten carbide content: 25%~30%
Grade C-tungsten carbide content: 9.5%; (only suitable for PTA)
Alloy composition: Wc+Wo+Cr+Ni+selffluxing alloy powder
Alloy thickness: 2.0mm~3.0mm
Alloy rigidity:HRC60°~70°
Production range: minφ18mm~maxφ300mm;
Useful length: 5000mm;
Applicable equipment: injection molding machine, extruder, etc. Scope of
