On August 14, 2008, Amsted Industries Incorporated of the United States filed a filing with the US International Trade Commission (ITC) accusing the four global companies that manufacture and sell the Cast Steel Railway Wheel in the United States to infringe on its business. In secret, ITC was required to initiate a 337 investigation against the respondent and issue a general exclusion order and prohibition order. I involved two companies in Henan Province.
