Description of machine:
A). Adopt YUKEN valves & pumps, JINGHUA semi-computer controller & Siemens motor, FESTO air valve.
B). Applying in DUCTILE CAST IRON can bear high strength not deforming, plate smooth for horizontal injection.
C). Adopt single beam & double pillar design, which highly enlarge the rotation space for 200mm cosmetic bottles & large mould, also mould assembling & removing easier.
D). Applying in double assistant cylinder helpful to main injection cylinder, higher speed mould clamping/opening & save energy as well as providing stable clamping force.
E). Adopt two pumps, one is for hydraulic action & other for mould clamping, which guarantee the 520× 390mm big mould required clamping force.
F). Applying in six-poles motor, lower noise & save energy

A). Neck part is made by injection providing the mouth & screw precision, can 100% matching cap, no any leakage.
B), No clamping line at bottom & clamping line at body side smooth for labeling. Bottle with balance wall thickness & No flash to save material.
