Its key technology will use the United States Global Oil Company's coal to olefins technology (MTO), a total investment of up to 12.4 billion yuan. It is planned that by 2020, it will develop to a scale of 30 million tons/year coal-to-oil, 3 million tons/year coal to methanol and derivative products.
