Causes and Treatments of Diesel Generator Fuel Injectors stuck

The diesel generator nozzle is one of three precision pairs of diesel fuel supply systems. Its normal service life is over one thousand hours. However, due to improper use, it often takes hundreds of hours, or even tens of hours, to wear out and die.

First, the main reason for stuck nozzle:

1 The diesel oil is not clean, there are impurities in the high-pressure fuel pipe, and the wear of the ejector needle valve and valve is worn out, so that the needle valve is not closed tightly, the high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber is reversed, and the needle valve is burned. In addition, the dirt on the parts of the fuel injector regulator spring, the tappet, etc. is moved to the upper part of the injector needle valve through the injector tappet, or the cotton rope and the lead wire used for preventing oil leakage on the oil pathway enter the injector through the high pressure fuel pipe. The oiler will make the needle valve stuck.

2 The machine temperature is too high and the ejector is poorly cooled. The tiger's valve is even stuck. The oil supply time is too late, the scale of the cooling water channel is too much or blocked, the end face of the pump impeller is worn, and the long-term overload of the engine causes the engine to overheat.

3 out of the valve wear, so that when the injector stops spraying oil drip phenomenon, so that the jet nozzle burning char coke, stuck stuck failure.

4 spray pressure is too low, resulting in high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber backlogging;

5 When the injector is installed, the missing gasket or gasket is destroyed, causing air leakage, causing the local temperature of the injector to be too high and stuck.

6 The reasons for the manufacturing of parts, such as the cylinder head on the injector mounting hole and the injector too tight, the needle valve body and cylinder head mounting hole clearance is too small, the cylinder head injector mounting hole processing too deep.

Second, the nozzle stuck repair method:

Put the stuck nozzle first into diesel or engine oil to warm it, then take it out and wrap it with cloth, and then clamp the needle valve with hand-clamp and move it slowly to remove the needle valve from the needle valve body. A small amount of clean oil is dripped in the needle valve body, so that the needle valve moves repeatedly in the needle valve body until the needle valve can move freely in the needle valve body. If the sealing surface of the needle valve has burn marks, it should be ground with a grinding paste. Grinding should pay attention to the amount of grinding paste and grinding time. Put the cleaned clock valve coupler on the injector, and adjust the injection pressure to use it again.
