2. Variety selection
Press the selection key and the number will increase by one digit for each press. It is 1 after 12 of the item number. The model number will also be automatically stored after the power is cut off. When the power is turned on again, the model number before power off will be displayed.
3. Put the sample into the sample cup
Place the hopper on the sample cup and load it into the sample. When it is full, move the hopper horizontally. The excess sample is scraped off horizontally by the hopper so that the amount of sample reaches exactly one cup.
4. Pour the sample into the measuring section of the instrument
Press the measurement key and the decimal point will flash. Since the electronic balance is adjusting the zero point during this time, please do not touch or shake the instrument.
After the "POUR" interval flashes, the sample is poured into the sample, and the center of the aiming measurement unit is immediately put into the measurement unit within 5 to 6 seconds. If the process stops halfway, the electronic balance will consider the input to be completed and measure it immediately. If you re-inject the sample, the instrument cannot make the correct measurement.
The sample surface should be leveled when feeding
"POUR" disappears, and after the decimal point is flashed four times, the moisture value and the number of measurements are displayed.
When “POUR†disappears and the decimal point is flashing, the instrument is measuring. Therefore, even if the sample leaks, do not input any more. Otherwise, the correct measurement cannot be performed.
* When the moisture value exceeds the measurement range, "FFF" is displayed when the value is higher than the measurement range. "AAA" is displayed when the measurement range is lower.
5. Drop the sample
At this time, the display of the moisture value remains unchanged, and when the measurement is continued, the sample is started from “3†after the sample is loaded into the sample cup.
