Mid-rise Scissor Car Lift

The hydraulic system of mid rise scissor car lift is supplied by a variable displacement piston pump and a fixed displacement gear pump, which are driven by the engine. The variable displacement pump supplies oil for traveling, turntable rotation, boom luffing and boom telescoping, and the gear pump supplies oil for traveling steering mechanism, working device swing, working device turnover, working device clamping and leveling mechanism. The action of oil supply by the variable displacement pump is controlled by the proportional valve to accurately adjust the speed. Other actions are directly controlled by the electromagnetic reversing valve due to low speed and small flow. The hydraulic system is equipped with safety relief valve, hydraulic lock and other safety devices.

Safety devices. An electric emergency system is provided. When the chassis engine and the hydraulic system of the main pump fail, the working device is lowered to the running state by means of the micro combined hydraulic pump station powered by the 12V chassis power supply. The emergency lowering valve can also be used for operation to realize boom lowering reset. Both the ground operation panel and the remote control operation panel are equipped with emergency stop buttons, which are used to forcibly stop various movements of the driving system and the working device in case of emergency.

A detection device is set under the lifting operation device to prevent the lifting mechanism from colliding with the boom mechanism and causing damage during misoperation. An anti tilt sensor is installed on the chassis. When the inclination of the machine body is more than 5 °, the sensor can give an intermittent alarm through the buzzer. The amplitude limiting device can automatically detect the extension length and elevation angle of the boom, limit the operating range within the safe range according to the preset data, and automatically stop the boom when the maximum operating range is reached
