When the iron flag leaves the proximity switch, the contact point of the proximity switch actuates the contact point of the main circuit and sends power to the distiller to begin work. When the water supply line interrupts the water, the water in the left cylinder gradually decreases, causing the float to fall to the bottom of the cylinder. At the same time, the iron flag is pulled back to the right end, giving a signal to the proximity switch to make the contact point of the main loop of the control circuit act, cut off the power supply of the distiller, and the distiller stops working, which plays a role of water cut control and protection.

After adding the water cutoff device to the distiller, the continuous production of water is realized, the working efficiency of the distiller is improved, and electric energy is saved; attention is paid to periodically cleaning the inner surface of the retort tube and the surface of the electric heating tube at an appropriate time according to the quality of the water. Scale, so as not to affect the heat transfer efficiency, burn out the heating element; the gap between the proximity switch and the iron flag should be adjusted properly, too large or too small will affect the sensitivity of its movement.
