The beneficiation plant is located in Hebei Lingshou. Gneiss ore type, variable scale crystal structure, white mica chips 56% ~ 68%, potassium feldspar and 10% quartz, and traces of iron ore and a magnetic limonite. Due to the lack of water in the area, the ore dressing adopts the wind selection method, and the process flow is shown in the following figure.
The main technical and economic indicators of mineral processing: production capacity of 0.8 ~ 1.0t / h, raw ore grade 70% ~ 75%, concentrate grade average 99.06%, tailings grade 36.9%, ore dressing recovery rate of 82.27%, concentrate yield 62.75%.
