High-frequency fine screen operation in grinding graded closed circuit system

The high-frequency vibration fine sieve-0.074 accounts for about 65%, and the concentrate grade is 66.2%-67.8%. On this basis, the filtration magnetic separation is increased by 0.7%, and the concentrate grade is guaranteed to be above 67%.

The high-frequency vibrating fine screen is used instead of the cyclone. According to the principle of high-frequency vibrating fine screen strictly according to the geometrical size classification, the disadvantages of the cyclone running from the overflow and the anti-enrichment are overcome. The classification efficiency increased from 35% to 75%. At the same time, in the concentrated magnetic separation before the second grinding, the concentration of the fine sieve is 52%. In order to ensure the concentration of the second grinding ore is about 70%, the sieve must be concentrated and magnetically selected and then fed into the second stage. Grinding.
