The main factors affecting the dressing of the shaker are the nature of the ore and the operating conditions.

The ore properties refer to the specific gravity, particle size and shape of the ore particles. In order to reduce the influence of the size of the ore particles on the separation, the materials entering the shaker should be advanced hydraulic classification, the small specific gravity is coarse particles, and the specific gravity is fine particles.

Operating conditions include the inclination of the bed surface, flushing water, stroke and stroke times.

The inclination of the bed surface affects the speed of the water flow. When selecting fine materials, the speed of water flow should be reduced, so a small inclination angle should be used. A large dip is used when selecting coarse materials. The adjustment range of the inclination angle is between 0 and 10 degrees. When selecting coarse particles, 3.5-4°, 2~2.5° when selecting fine particles, and 2° when selecting slime.

The function of the flushing water is to produce a strong selection effect when the amount of water is increased.

Select the appropriate stroke and stroke so that the large specific gravity can smoothly move to the concentrate end with a certain swing speed and acceleration. When handling fine-grained materials, use small strokes and large strokes, the stroke is generally 8-10 mm, and the stroke is 250-300 beats/min. When handling coarse-grained materials, it is better to use large strokes and small strokes, and the stroke is generally 16-30 mm. The punch is 200-250 beats/min.

3. How appropriate is the control of the concentration of the shaker in the dressing?

The concentration of ore to the ore dressing should ensure that the slurry has sufficient fluidity along the bed surface and can be stratified, and the water depth can be immersed in the ore. In general selection, the concentration of coarse sand is 20-30%, and the concentration of fine sand is 15-25%.
