Common fault judgment and treatment methods for precessing vortex flowmeter :

For the spiral vortex flowmeter, this flowmeter is mainly a small flow measurement tool. In the daily use, we often encounter some problems. And these problems often plague us. Therefore, this paper mainly introduces the common fault judgment of the spiral vortex flowmeter.

First, the common fault judgment of the swirling vortex flowmeter - no instantaneous flow

1. Check if the flowmeter lower limit cutoff frequency is too high. Press the set button for the first time, the corresponding value in the box is the lower limit cutoff frequency; the lower limit cutoff frequency is changed to a value greater than 1.

2. Measure the voltage of the flowmeter preamplifier. If ≤2.0v (should be around 2.5v), first check if the battery voltage is ≤2.9v. If it is less, replace it with a new one. If the battery is fully charged, it is a problem with the power supply circuit of the motherboard. The preamplifier should be replaced.

3. When the preamplifier voltage is normal, measure whether the preamplifier has a frequency output. If it is a motherboard problem, it needs professional maintenance; if there is no frequency output, replace the preamplifier.

4. When the preamplifier voltage and lower limit cutoff frequency are normal, check whether the flowmeter vortex generator and preamplifier probe are blocked or adhered to oil.

5. Check that the measured flow rate per hour of the measured medium is within the range of the flowmeter.

Second, the common fault judgment of the spiral vortex flowmeter - the temperature value does not match the actual value of the site

The core component of the temperature sensor is pt100 platinum resistance. When the deviation between the displayed value and the actual value is large, the resistance wire is aging, and the temperature sensor should be replaced.

Third, the common fault judgment of the spiral vortex flowmeter - the pressure value does not match the actual value of the site

1. When the flowmeter shows that the atmospheric pressure is not accurate, the lux type is to adjust the potentiometer next to the display module, and the tds type is to adjust the potentiometer (only one) in the temperature lower loop of the front left side of the main board. The potentiometer rotates clockwise to reduce the pressure display value.

2. When the lux flowmeter pressure display “80”, “upper limit pressure” and the actual pressure deviation is very large, open the flow meter back cover and measure the 5 output lines of the pressure sensor, where the black line is between the red line and the blue line. The resistance should be basically the same, both about 3.0kω, and the resistance between black and yellow and white is about 7.0kω. When the resistance between the black line and the other four lines is not equal or the resistance of any one is mega-ohm, the circuit bridge is unbalanced, the pressure sensor is broken, and it needs to be replaced.
