The ammonia in the mixed gas is slowly turned into ammonia liquid by the condenser, and is stored at the bottom. The aspect ratio of the liquid level gauge can be seen from the frosting condition of the shell. When the liquid level gauge reaches 1/2, close the liquid supply throttle valve, close the liquid supply overflow valve, and open the liquid collection overflow valve. . The layered ammonia liquid flows back to the gas separator, and water cools the mixed gas. After the frost layer is about to melt (indicating that the ammonia in the condenser is about to be drained), close the liquid collection overflow valve and open the liquid supply overflow valve.
When terminating the air release, first close the air release valve to prevent nitrogen dioxide from leaking out, and then close the liquid supply overflow valve and the mixed gas bypass valve. In order to avoid the high working pressure in the air release device, the air valve must not be turned off.
