Cryogenic Ball Valves

There are two types of cryogenic ball valves, i.e. floating and trunnion. For the product range, face to face dimension and flange dimension pls refer to the corresponding date of common floating ball valve and trunnion mounted ball valve. For valves with working temperature higher than minus 50ºC, we seldom use long neck design. However, for valves with working temperature below minus 50ºC, the length of valve neck shall be 250mm or decided by our design and calculation.

Cryogenic Ball Valves product description

DQ41W type Cryogenic ball valves (Flanged general or butt-welding connection optional) developed by CHAODA are suitable for using on various kinds of pipeline from pressure Class 150 to Class 900, PN16 to PN160 to cut off or allow the flowing of medium. By using different material, the Cryogenic Ball Valves could be suitable for medium such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing substance, carbamide and etc. Manual/worm gear/pneumatic or electric actuators could be chosen by needs.
