However, national support policies mainly fall on pure electric vehicles. Take city buses as an example. Because of the inertia of the policies, the governments of many places are still accelerating their procurement of pure electric buses. Taking Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as an example, the three cities plan to purchase nearly 10,000 new energy buses from well-known car companies such as Futian and BYD by 2017, of which Beijing will push 4395 new energy buses in 2014-2017.
