Xi'an North Qinghua Electromechanical Group Co., Ltd. is a key enterprise of China North Industries Group Corporation and the largest pyrotechnic product research and production enterprise in Asia. ARC is a company specializing in the production of mixed gas generators. It is the largest supplier of delphi mixed gas generators in the world's largest manufacturer of auto parts products, with production and sales accounting for 7% of the world market. It mainly supplies hybrid gas generators for drivers, passengers and side impacts to some major automakers in North America, Europe and Japan, and South Korea.
According to reports, this joint venture will become ARC’s production base in Asia, and demand from countries such as Japan and South Korea will also be allocated to this base. The total investment of the new company is more than 17 million US dollars, of which Qinghua company accounts for 40%. The company's initial design and production capacity is to produce more than one million hybrid gas generators each year for the driver and crew, with 2 million modules, and an annual sales income of more than 40 million US dollars.
