Cummins's all-electrically-controlled four-cylinder engine has been expanded to 2.8, 3.8 and 4.5 litres, and its power range covers 46 to 173 hp (37 to 129 kW). Field operation tests for its Tier 4 Final minimum emission upgrade are still underway. In Q50, the QSF3.8 and QSB4.5 series are expected to reach volume production in 2015, which is in line with the implementation time of emission standards for engines ranging from 75 to 173 hp (56 to 129 kW).

Exclusive power for QSB7-20-30t excavator

Cummins custom-designed QSB7 fully electronically controlled engine for 20-30t excavators, power coverage 160-215 hp (120-160 kW), maximum torque 895 Nm, reliable and durable, low noise and easy maintenance, according to the load cycle characteristics of the excavator By designing the best low fuel consumption area, the fuel consumption of the entire vehicle is significant, and the comprehensive operating cost is saved.

QSB7 adopts Cummins's new generation CM2880 electronic control module, which has unique fuel-saving electric control characteristics, strong oil adaptability, high pressure common rail fuel system, can make fuel atomization more fully, and the application of EFI technology makes the engine in the excavator. The smarter output of power when handling different jobs makes the excavator more fuel-efficient while ensuring sufficient power. At the same time, the durability and reliability of QSB7 have also been verified: more than 7 months of work and no failure. It is understood that in other construction sites, QSB7 has repeatedly set records with high attendance and low cost of use. Daily work of nearly 20 hours and 10 consecutive months of high-intensity operations are normal, and maintenance intervals can reach 500 hours. "Make money machine" is indeed worthy of the name!

B5.9, QS/L9.3—Exclusive power for loaders

Cummins B5.9, QS/L9.3 (electrical/mechanical) engines are power products tailored for 3t and 5-6t loaders. Set the maximum power point, improve loader traction, low speed and high torque, improve vehicle acceleration, expand economic fuel consumption area, and save fuel.

L9.3 is Cummins's proprietary power loader introduced in 2013. It is based on the proven Cummins medium-horse power basic platform. The mechanical power is 162 kW (220 hp) and the electronically controlled 245 hp (180 kW). L9.3 is designed according to the loader's operating characteristics. The power curve is patented. The in-cylinder combustion optimization is adapted to the loader's working load rate, and it is perfectly matched with the 5-6t loader. It is robust, reliable, responsive and efficient. Cummins further improves the durability and fuel economy of the engine by optimizing the characteristics of the parts and engines, and better meets the needs of off-road customers.

The exclusive power of QSF2.8-5-8t excavator and 1-5t forklift

QSF 2.8 is Cummins's lowest displacement non-road electronically controlled engine with a power of 46-74 hp (34-55 kW). It is a product for global markets. At the beginning of design, QSF2.8 has a unique and adaptable feature, which meets EU Stage IIIA, IIIB/EPA Tier 4 Final, and adopts advanced intelligent electronic control system. The host system seamlessly interfaces with fast plug-in diagnostics, high attendance and less maintenance. In May of this year, QSF 2.8 was equipped with compact internal-combustion forklift trucks from China's high-end brands exported to Europe - together with the 2-3.5-ton H series of Heli and the 1.5-3.5-ton XF series of Hangcha fork, the CeMAT 2014 was well received.

QSK60—Big Horsepower Flagship Product

In the application of dump trucks and fracturing trucks in the mining and oil and gas field markets, and 400-800 tons of super-large excavators, the QSK60 is known as the “first power” with high reliability and high production efficiency. The Q16's V16 cylinder structure provides up to 3,150 horsepower (2,350 kilowatts) of power and a maximum torque of 11,953 Nm. Advanced fuel systems and electronic control systems help reduce fuel consumption and operating costs. Therefore, QSK60 is the best choice for improving equipment performance, production efficiency, and profitability, whether it is purchasing new equipment or replacing existing equipment.
