From August 6th to 9th, 2009, the Weichai Power Enterprise Culture Research Association 2009 corporate culture site exchange meeting was held in Mudanjiang. During the meeting, the members of the board of directors were re-elected. Xu Xinyu, CEO of Weichai Power, was elected as the new chairman of the Corporate Culture Research Society. At the corporate culture exchange meeting, five companies including Fortis, Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck, Fast, Zhuzhou, and Dongfeng Off-Road conducted an exchange statement on building a “Communication, Inclusion, and Responsibility” group culture. They combined the actualities of corporate culture construction and a large number of lively cases, talked about the importance and practical practices of strengthening corporate culture construction in the new period of the group development, and provided insightful opinions on promoting cultural integration and building a corporate culture.
