When using convergence timing for the first time, "zero" should be performed first. Please follow these steps:
1. Open the plastic cover. The structure of the internal digital displacement meter is shown in Figure 2.
Insert the SR44W silver oxide button cell into the battery compartment. Note that the “+†pole of the battery is up (the side of the battery casing has the word).
2. Rotate the adjusting nut clockwise until it stops (do not use too much force).
3. Use a small tool to invert to clear the switch reed 3 so that it contacts the circuit board contacts. At this time, the display screen number will be all cleared, or cleared directly to the case clear hole with a screwdriver.
4. To ensure the accuracy of the zero, it can be repeated 2-3 times. The method is to rotate the adjusting nut counterclockwise for several revolutions after zero, and then press 2 and 3 methods. When several times zero, the display is zero and the plastic can be covered.
Note: The zero must be reset after every battery replacement.
