What is the shaft development method, how to classify

The shaft development method uses the shaft as the main development roadway. It is mainly used to mine steeply inclined ore bodies (general ore body inclination angle is greater than 45o) and deep buried horizontal and gently inclined ore bodies (inclination angle less than 20o). This method is easy to manage, high production capacity, using more common in metal mining.
