Luanchuan Automobile Shock Absorber Factory invested 5.31 million yuan, and the production line of 1 million new shock absorbers was completed and put into operation. Therefore, the annual production capacity of Xichuan Automobile Shock Absorber Factory will increase from 3 million to 4 million.
Xichuan Auto Shock Absorber Factory is a professional manufacturer of shock absorbers. Its main customers include FAW, Shenlong, Dongfeng Nissan, Chery, Haima, and JAC. With the rapid development of China's automobile industry, the annual production capacity of Luanchuan Automotive Shock Absorber Factory can no longer meet the growing demand of customers. As a result, Luanchuan Automobile Shock Absorber Factory decided to carry out technological transformation in order to expand its production capacity.
The technical transformation project is one million shock absorber production lines. The project utilizes the original plant area, 38 new equipments (sets), and has three major welding processes: welding, assembly and cleaning.
This year, Xichuan Automobile Shock Absorber Factory will take 1 million shock absorber production lines to be completed and put into production as an opportunity, and accelerate the construction of 3 million new shock absorbers in the new plant area. It will start work at the end of March and be completed and put into operation by the end of the year, resulting in a total of 7 million. The annual production capacity of dampers is planned to be listed in Hong Kong in 2008. In 2010, the plant's annual production capacity will reach 10 million, and its turnover will reach 1 billion yuan.
