SMP Shows CA6 CNC Tool Grinding Machine

SOFTWARE- The software provided with the machine is directly connected to the CNC. It is the intelligent core of the machine and can also be connected to measuring probes.

It is understood that NUMAFFUT software can describe the description of the tool to be ground, the parameters obtained by measuring the probe, the description of the tool grinding process steps, the selection of the grinding wheel to be used and other parameter options (stored in advance on the hard disk), and the process parameters. Selection, such as spindle speed, feed rate, number of feeds, etc. Any data has a default value, but it can also be modified or optimized by NUMAFFUT software to calculate the trajectory and turn it into an NC program. The NC program drives five CNC axes to complete the required grinding work. When the machine tool is being processed, the next program can be prepared. The new grinding program can be started again without remeasuring or returning to the origin. All NC programs for grinding machines are written using SMPNumaffut software. NCSIMUL is usually installed in the machine tool to check the NC program written by the programmer. Check and prevent all accidents encountered during processing.
