1. Before installing the coach in the direction of assisted installation, carefully check the inlet and outlet connections and the entire steering pipe system to ensure smooth flow and no contaminants; if the oil is contaminated, clean the entire piping system with clean oil; The path is configured according to the design standards. It must not be too thin, too long, or bend too much to cause a large resistance, so that the oil absorption is insufficient and the oil discharge is not smooth.
2. Connect the oil inlets and outlets correctly, never reversed, and the connections must be tightened. The piping system must not leak or leak oil. Inhalation of air in the system will generate noise and pressure instability, affecting the use.
3, after the pump is installed, pay attention to check the amount of oil in the oil tank.
4. Start the engine and turn the steering wheel with the maximum amplitude left and right at idle for several times to eliminate the air in the steering system (no air bubbles in the oil tank). Otherwise, abnormal noise will occur. Note: The dwell time to the limit position must not exceed 5 seconds, otherwise the fluid will heat and affect the pump life. (In normal use, you should also avoid staying in the extreme position for too long).
5, steering pump as a component, in principle, does not allow disassembly, to dismantle the test bench before passing the test can be used.
