On December 30, 2013, Beijing Zhengmei Fengye Automobile Service Co., Ltd. (Zhongmeifengye 08135.HK) announced that it acquired the entire equity interest in Shenzhen Xinyida Auto Glass to strengthen the position of the auto glass installation and maintenance service industry in the mainland, the latter Xinyi Da. Currently has four service centers in Shenzhen.
