Third, the bolt is too tight

Permanently deformed cars have many fasteners connected by bolts and nuts. They should ensure that they have enough pre-tightening force, but they cannot be tightened too tightly. On the one hand, they will cause permanent deformation of the connecting piece under the action of external force; On the other hand, the permanent deformation of the bolt will occur, and the pre-tightening force will decrease, even causing slipping or breaking.

Fourth, the fan belt is too tight

Bearing load is too high in summer, and some drivers think that the tightness of the fan belt is increased and the fan belt is too tight. They do not know this is wrong. The fan belt should be kept tight and tight, because over-tightening will lead to excessive bearing load, increased wear, increased power consumption, but also will make the water pump shaft bending, belt elongation deformation, shortened life.

Fifth, the new battery is not charging

Shortening the life time The first charge of the battery is called the initial charge, and the initial charge has a great influence on the service life of the battery. If it is not recharged, it will be directly added by using “water”. The capacity of the battery will not be high and the service life will be shortened; if it is directly charged, it will also shorten the service life. If the cooling water temperature is too low, fuel combustion will deteriorate, fuel consumption will increase, wear and tear will increase, oil viscosity will increase, and engine power will decrease. Tests have shown that when the cooling water temperature is 40~50 degrees Celsius, the engine wear increases by 60%~80%, the power is reduced by 25%, and the fuel consumption increases by 8%~10%. Therefore, the temperature of the engine cooling water is not as low as possible. It should generally be controlled between 80 and 90 degrees Celsius.
