Tianjin Binhai New Area “Four Tables Together” Collected Copy Project to Realize Zero Breakthrough

[China Instrument Network Instrument Industry] On August 2nd, Tianjin Binhai Power Supply Company and Binhai Tourism Zone Public Utilities Development Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the “four-in-one” collection pilot of Sunshine Coast.

On August 2, Tianjin Binhai Power Supply Co., Ltd. and the Coastal Tourism Zone Public Utilities Development Co., Ltd. signed the "Ligong Sunshine Coast's four-in-one" pilot cooperation and strategic cooperation agreement. The project is the first “four-in-one-in-one” project in the Binhai New Area. The signing of the cooperation agreement marks a breakthrough in the promotion of the “four-in-one” promotion in the coastal area. The China-Singapore Eco-city City Management Bureau and the Binhai Tourist Area Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. participated in the signing ceremony of the agreement.

The “four-in-one-in-one” job is to integrate power supply, water supply, heat supply, and gas, and make full use of the electricity data collection platform that has been built by the State Grid Corporation of China, relying on electricity information collection systems to realize electricity and water. The four-table data sets are automatically collected to realize the sharing of information resources in the fields of water, electricity, gas and heat. It is reported that the "Ligao Sunshine Coast" four-in-one collection pilot project is located in the Binhai Tourism Zone, and a total of 615 residential buildings have been constructed. It is expected that it will be put into use in March 2017. The pilot project uses a combination of wired and wireless acquisition methods to achieve centralized acquisition and data sharing of water, electricity, gas, and heat meters.

In the next step, Tianjin Binhai Power Supply Company will actively collaborate with the Coastal Tourism Zone Public Utilities Development Co., Ltd. to form a tackling team and do a good job in the design, testing, installation and commissioning of the project in accordance with the implementation plan to ensure that the pilot project will be put into production on schedule and be a multi-table for the coastal area. One-to-one acquisition model promotes and provides technical support, while at the same time providing users with convenient and high-quality services.

Refractory Bricks

A fire brick, firebrick, or refractory is a block of ceramic material used in lining furnaces, kilns, fireboxes, and fireplaces. A refractory brick is built primarily to withstand high temperature, but will also usually have a low thermal conductivity for greater energy efficiency. Usually dense firebricks are used in applications with extreme mechanical, chemical, or thermal stresses, such as the inside of a wood-fired kiln or a furnace, which is subject to abrasion from wood, fluxing from ash or slag, and high temperatures. In other, less harsh situations, such as in an electric- or natural gas-fired kiln, more porous bricks, commonly known as "kiln bricks", are a better choice. They are weaker, but they are much lighter and easier to form and insulate far better than dense bricks. In any case, firebricks should not spall, and their strength should hold up well during rapid temperature changes.

The silica fire bricks that line steel-making furnaces are used at temperatures up to 3,000 °F (1,649 °C), which would melt many other types of ceramic, and in fact part of the silica firebrick liquefies.[citation needed] High-temperature Reusable Surface Insulation (HRSI), a material with the same composition, was used in the insulating tiles of the Space Shuttle.[citation needed]
Non-ferrous metallurgical processes use basic refractory bricks because the slags used in these processes readily dissolve the [acidic" silica bricks. The most common basic refractory bricks used in smelting non-ferrous metal concentrates are [chrome-magnesite" or [magnesite-chrome" bricks (depending on the relative ratios of magnesite and chromite ores used in their manufacture).
