He said that the car reform plan of 11 institutions under the central government and the State Council will be reviewed and approved soon. The vehicle reform work of the public institutions affiliated to the central government has been smoothly promoted, and the vehicle reform plan of the public institutions affiliated to most departments has been reported, and the process of approval is being studied. The central enterprise vehicle reform plan supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council has been approved, involving a total of 105 state-owned enterprises directly under the central government.
Xu Shanchang said that in 2016, China accelerated the reform of the bus in the vertical management unit of the local central government. At present, 10 departments have reported the approval to the Central Vehicle Reform Office, and a total of 196 vehicles in the local secondary pipeline units have been approved.
