The operating procedure (operation must be carried with thick rubber gloves) is as follows:
1. Take off the three flasks on the top of the instrument first, then close the three valves connecting the rubber tube (the switch and the valve are kept in the vertical state to be closed), then add the prepared acid, alkali and distilled water respectively (should be not less than 2000ml ), Put the cap on the bottle and place it on the heating plate on the top of the instrument.
2. Put the ring on the sealing ring first, then place 1-2g (accurate to 0.0002g) sample in the bowl. Pull the lifting handle up again. At this time, the filter cup holder will drop automatically. Then put the 坩埚 into the 6 filter holders. Press the lifting handles again, then the suction cups will be clamped and the cooking tube will clamp each other (note that when you press the lifting handle, make sure that the bottom cup is sucked and the cooking tube is aligned with each other so as not to damage the glass). Then hand-tighten the 3 pieces of glass to each other to ensure that liquid does not leak out during operation.
3. Connect the water inlet on the left side of the instrument to tap water, then turn on the tap water switch, pay attention to the moderate amount of water. Turn on the power switch first, and then turn on the acid, alkali, distilled water preheat switch. Adjust the preheat voltage knob and turn it clockwise to the maximum. At this time, the voltmeter shows that the voltage is about 220V.

5. After the above liquid is slightly boiled, adjust all eight red ball switches below to be horizontally closed. Then insert the valve outlet on the acid bottle rubber tube into the boiling tube, slowly open the valve, and add the acid to The volume in the decontamination tube (from left to right, number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 decoction tubes) is 200 ml (about the horizontal position of the middle of the decontamination tube), close the valve, and then Add 2 drops to the digester tube. Turn off the acid preheat switch. Place the heat shield close to the front of the heating box and turn the pressure adjusting knob of the boiling tube to maximum. Left and right, keep the acid slightly boiling, open the timer switch upwards, set the time to 30 minutes (usually adjusted at the factory). After 30 minutes of cooking, the buzzer sounds.
6. Turn the cooking heat switch off, remove the heat shield, turn the pressure adjustment knob counterclockwise, turn on the corresponding valve of the 1-6 glass tube (open the suction filter individually), and then open the suction valve. Finally, open the suction pump control switch to remove the acid. After pumping off, close the suction pump control switch, close the corresponding valve of the glass tube, and finally close the suction filter valve. (If helium is found to be blocked during suction filtration, the suction pump switch can be turned off, then the recoil valve switch can be turned on first, and then the recoil pump switch can be switched back on with air flow, until the air bubble closes and the recoil pump switch is turned off. 7.
